Project substitutions

In the GIS Micromine system, there are Variable Substitutions, which can be found on the Project tab, within the Options tool group.

These variable substitutions can be used not only in dialog boxes but also in macros.

  Define substitution variables and their values for use throughout the project.

In the System Substitutions table of the Project Substitutions dialog window, you’ll find default substitutions that are predefined in the project and available for your use.

When referencing values from the “@” column, the data from the “Substitution” column will be used.

To define user-defined substitutions, go to the left part of the Project Substitutions dialog window.

In the “@” column, enter the code for your substitution.
In the “Substitution” column, enter the variable that will be used later in places where you assign this substitution.
