Description
Micromine Cloud Licensing requires a stable internet connection and specific network configurations to operate effectively.
Access Requirements
Please provide the following addresses and ports to your IT team or service provider and request that they be configured for access.
| Name | Destination Address | Port |
| Cloud Licensing Server | https://cls.cloud.micromine.com | 443 |
| Authentication Portal | https://microminecloud.b2clogin.com | 443 |
Disconnections
If your device temporarily loses network connectivity, the license will automatically attempt to re-establish the connection. There is a one-hour grace period during which you may continue to use your license without a network connection while the application attempts to reconnect. This process operates in the background and is designed to ensure continuous access to the license.

If the website loads successfully, please update the ini file located at "C:\Program Files\Micromine Origin & Beyond 2026\mmwin-26.0.ini" by adding the following line to the [Licence] section: CloudUseHttp1RestEndpoint=TRUE
The section should appear as follows:

- If the issue persists after completing the previous step, please disconnect the computer from the current network and attempt to connect using a mobile hotspot to determine if Micromine operates correctly.
If Micromine functions while connected to the hotspot, please consult your IT team, as this may indicate that your organization's network is restricting access to Micromine.
If the issue remains unresolved, please contact support@micromine.com for further assistance.
