On occasion the need arises to provide our developers with application logs in order for them to analyze and investigate the cause of a problem or bug.
This article describes where and how to find this log file.
Log files are stored under the following path
C:\ProgramData\MICROMINE\Micromine\Micromine
Note that the ProgramData folder is a hidden system folder and will not be shown by default.
In order to show this, it is necessary to switch to the necessary option in the folder display settings.
In the destination folder you'll find the MMLog240-x64.log files.
Where the numbers 240 stand for the Micromine version number. In this case it is Micromine 24.0,
Accordingly, for Micromine 25.5 version it will be a file with the name - MMLog255-x64
Our development team requires both files with the extensions *.log and *.db as shown in the image above
