To create the base file for your isosurfaces, we must first convert your block model into a volume file using File | Convert | Volume | From Block Model or Block Model | Convert | To Volume File
Next, select your block model and the field you wish to create isosurfaces for (in my case, iron), and give it an output name and hit Run.
To display your volume, double-click Volume in the Vizex Layer Types to open the Volume form. Select your new volume file as the input file, choose the colour field and assign a colour set.
On the Display tab, choose to display your volume file as an isosurface, ensuring the other 2 options are unticked. Choose an arbitrary isosurface value for now; we can interactively change this when it's loaded.
Click OK and you will see your volume file loaded in Vizex as an isosurface.
To interactively change the isosurface value, click on the isosurface in Vizex and open the Properties tab on the left-hand side of the screen. You will see a Value slider that you can move around to change the isosurface; alternatively, you can type in a new value next to the slider.
If you wish to export your isosurface as a wireframe, right-click the isosurface in Vizex and select Convert to Wireframe
On the following form, give your output wireframe a Type and Name and hit run to generate the wireframe.
