In this example, I am using FoxIt PDF as my PDF printer. Go into your Windows settings for Printers and Scanners and make sure your PDF program is there.
Open the printer settings and set your desired defaults. In our case, we might want to generate smaller PDFs and choose a document resolution of 600 or smaller.
Open MMOB and then open the Print Setup:
Choose your PDF printer in the drop-down list. You can also adjust printer settings from here:
For these settings to take effect, we need to close and reopen Micromine Origin & Beyond (MMOB).
Now FoxitPDF is setup as your default printer for the PLOTPRINT Origin macro command! Keep in mind, this works with PLOTPRINT and not with PLOTPRINT2PDF. PLOTPRINT2PDF will use the Microsoft Print to PDF as a default printer:
